Israel Oriaku
(Founder/CEO)
Israel is a Personal Development and Business Coach with over ten (10) years of experience building businesses and helping individuals. Business owners find their strength and make meaning out of their lives and businesses.
He has worked with several businesses on digital marketing projects from FMCG, Betting and Lottery brands, E-Commerce, Coaches, and Online and Vocational Schools. He is the Nigerian Team Lead for TLC Marketing on “Reward-Marketing” Campaigns.
He is known for bringing out the best in you or your business by hitting KPIs and helping you discover the potential you never thought you had.
His digital marketing skills have helped him build his business, Dlight Digital Media LTD and IPD Property and Logistics, and his social enterprise, Beyond School Africa.
He is driven by the Vision to solve the unemployment problem by providing job opportunities and training students and school leavers with relevant skills to help them secure job opportunities or create one for themselves.
DStrategist has written three books: Forge Ahead, Never Give Up, Achieving Great Goals and The Journey to Self Discovery. His writings are drawn from his personal stories, achievements and experiences.
As some call him, Coach is a degree holder from Lautech with a second-class upper in pure and applied chemistry. He also has a Master’s in Managerial Psychology from The University of Lagos State, Akoka. He has various certificates from business schools, training and seminars he has attended. He is a Facebook-certified digital marketer with five (5) years of experience in digital marketing and business management.

He combines his skills and creativity as an architect with being a graphic designer to help clients project their market for profitability.
Peter Adebayo

Peter is a WordPress and SEO expert. He is also a UI/UX designer. He is very good at what he does, and he has built WordPress websites in various niches, such as business, woo-commerce stores, dropshipping, blogs and medical. He is also skilled at converting psd to WordPress and works perfectly with Elementor, divi theme builder, woo-commerce and other website-building sites. He has developed over 100+ websites as a senior WordPress developer and Elementor expert | project manager. Peter is a Tech-savvy developer crafting seamless online experiences.
Feranmi Benjamin

Oluwaferanmi is currently running her masters program in Public Health from UI, she obtained her undergraduate degree in BCh from KSU.
Because of her love for creativity she runs a female headwear and bridal accessories business. She also loves the virtual space so she took a virtual assistant course with ALX, Digital Marketing with Digigirls, and work presently as a social Media manager. She is a graduate of transforming Nigeria Youth Program. Oluwaferanmi is also volunteering with NicHub as the Fellows Coordinator. She believes in honesty, she is a Christian who was saved by Grace
